Hickson 68
(NGC 5350, 5353, 5354, 5355 and 5358) represents one of the
brighter Hickson compact galaxy groups. Well resolved spiral
NGC 5350 makes this group even rather photogenic.
Like its nice (and big) neighbour, spiral galaxy
NGC 5371,
HCG68 is located 100 million light years from
Earth and can be found in the constellation Canes Venatici,
8 degrees southeast of M51.
